Although the correlations detailed in Table 3 (at the level of a cluster extent threshold of K E ≥100) do not cover all of the regions in which the RMTLE and LMTLE patients differed, we identified that, at borderline significance, GMV reductions in the middle frontal gyrus [ K E =91, coordinates=(39,48,12), p FDR =0.020] and temporal subgyral [ K E =55, coordinates=(47,-4,-18), p FDR =0.027] areas were negatively correlated with the duration of epilepsy and seizure frequency, respectively.
