The R1 of FITC-BSA-Gd/BCNU was determined to be 3.25 mM −1 s −1 using a 7 T MR scanner and exhibited an obvious trend of T1-positive contrast with the increase in DTPA-Gd ( Figure 4E ), while there was a similar T1-positive contrast compared with commercial DTPA-Gd (3.36 mM −1 s −1 ; Figure 4F ); both have a high correlation ratio ( r 2 =0.984 for DTPA-Gd; r 2 =0.979 for FITC-BSA-Gd/BCNU NPs).
