In a Cox multivariate analysis including clinicopathologic variables, PCAT14 stands out as a significant independent predictor of PSS ( P = .0385; HR = 0.55 [0.31–0.97]), MFS ( P = .000609; HR = 0.52[0.36–0.76]) and BRFS ( P = .00126, HR = 0.64 [0.49–0.84]), with borderline significance for OS ( Table 1 , Supplementary Table 3 ).
