Before interventions, the experimental group presents higher stiffness (0.49 ± 0.09, 0.60 ± 0.08, 0.96 ± 0.08 Nm/°) under different dorsiflexion angle level (0°, 10°, and 20°) than the control group pre-interventions (0.24 ± 0.06, 0.42 ± 0.09, 0.57 ± 0.09 Nm/°) due to ankle spasticity, and the differences are highly significant ( p < 0.001, p < 0.01, and p < 0.001).
