Statistical evaluation of raw data before and after training in preparations (mV for Pa2/3 and frequency in % for other neurons) showed that changes in responsiveness in serotonergic #4 pedal neurons and premotor withdrawal interneurons #2/3 after training were highly significant (Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, P < 0,001), while changes in the metacerebral neuron (MtC1) involved in feeding behavior were non-significant.
