An important novel finding from our data is that REG-family gene expression is significantly elevated in Fusobacterium-H CRCs with dramatic fold change increases detected; this includes REG1A , REG3A and REG1P , as well as a borderline significant expression for REG1B (FC = 12.2, FDR = 0.17).
