We observed that the concentration of luciferin in the extracellular media had a highly significant effect on the phase and amplitude of PER2::LUC rhythms ( Fig. 4C , D ), with the earliest phases occurring at ~1 mM luciferin and becoming progressively later with decreasing luciferin concentration.
