compared FLT, FDG and Fmiso PET used before and during RT of NSCLC, and found that at 46 Gy, FLT SUVmax values were significantly lower (p < 0.0006) in both tumors and nodes than baseline, suggesting a fast decrease in the proliferation of both tumors and nodes exists during radiotherapy with differences in metabolism (borderline significant decrease) and hypoxia (stable) 37 .
