Highly significant differences in most 1 H-MRS signals recorded at magnetic field of 9 T from the murine brain not exposed and exposed to 1.75% isoflurane were reported, including tCr higher by 3.8%, Glu higher by 7.6%, and higher Gln by 5.3% calculated from Table 1 in (Boretius et al., 2012 ).
