Analysis demonstrated that the only independently significant biomarker in multivariate analysis was LMR; however, the mGPS did trend closer to significance than the NLR, suggesting concordance with some previous reports. 9 Finally, the study demonstrated the LMR to be independently prognostic of a 4-tiered combination of the commonly used genomic markers of BRAFV600E mutation and MMR status.
