The presence of GBH residues in the feed would have been expected to show statistically significant differences in these molecular profiling parameters since consumption of an ultra-low dose of Roundup (4 ng/kg body weight/day glyphosate equivalent exposure) administered via drinking water showed marked, highly significant differences in the transcriptome of both liver and kidneys of rats, which was reflective of structure and functional damage in these organs [ 31 ].
