At univariate analysis atypical parkinsonisms, considered as a unique group, were significantly associated with the presence of side effects during ALC with an OR of 5.31 (95% CI, 1.78–15.8; p-value 0.003), while the amplitude of motor response showed a borderline significant negative association (OR 0.93; 95%CI 0.86–1.01; p-value 0.07).
