Mutation of other genes, including KIT , PHF6 , TP53 , RUNX1 , TET2 , ASXL1 , and FLT3 ‐ITD, were associated with a nonsignificant trend of reduced OS, whereas mutation of several genes, including CEBPA double mutation , IDH1 , IDH2 , and NPM1 were trended to correlate with a prolonged survival (Table 1 ).
