4 Discussion In this systematic review of five studies analysing the effect of regular aspirin usage on the risk of multiple myeloma in >330,000 participants, we found that although there was a slight trend towards a lower risk, aspirin usage was not significantly associated with a decreased risk of multiple myeloma.
