Although our study was not able to show a significant absolute difference between the groups in the FACT-G after 12 months, we still consider our main outcome as highly relevant for two reasons: 1) the difference in change in quality of life, adjusted for relevantly lower FACT-G scores at baseline and other differences in baseline characteristics, was not only highly significant but also 2) highly relevant: the CM group showed a difference (increase) in the FACT-G score of 7 points.
