The results showed that UEA-I, GSL-II, and PHA-E + L had a stronger binding pattern in cHB and ACHBLF compared with HC, however, WFA showed an increasing binding pattern from HC to cHB and ACHBLF, AAL showed an increasing trend between HB and cHB and ACHBLF, notably, some glycoproteins bind to AAL showed high expression levels, while some were down-regulated significantly in ACHBLF compared with HC ( Fig. 4D ).
