14 Combining these highly significant findings with, at best, marginally increased risks noted in IVF patients with twins over two consecutive singletons, one is left with the conclusion that twin deliveries, with considerable likelihood, do not increase outcome risks to clinically significant degrees and maybe even result in an overall lower risk profile for mothers and offspring.
