According to their findings, externalizing symptoms and inhibition/impulsivity might be significant partial mediators between Wave1 ADHD and W3 NSSI scores (indirect effect – IE = 0.29; standard error – SE = 0.11; CI95 = 0.10–0.51); while Wave 2 internalizing symptoms might be a significant partial mediator of the Wave 1 ADHD Wave 2 suicide attempt linkage (IE = 0.11; SE = 0.05; CI95 = 0.03–0.25).
