In this study, haplotype analysis showed that the GmMYB29 gene can be found as seven haplotypes (Hap1-Hap7), and Hap3 had higher levels of isoflavone content and GmMYB29 expression than the others, indicating that Hap3 might be significant to breeding soybeans with higher isoflavone content.
