The results showed an overall trend of GAGE protein expression that followed the mRNA expression pattern for the individual GAGE genes, that is, all the MCF-7 cell lines containing an N-terminal sequence (MT3, MT3ΔCT, MT1E-NT) had reduced expression of the GAGE proteins when compared to the MCF-7 cell lines containing a C-terminal sequence (MT3ΔNT, MT1E-CT) or MT1E.
