There was a marginally significant interaction between city and “brand vs. bulk” in predicting the proportion of oil samples that were fortified ( P = 0.072): over 70% of “brand name” oil samples were fortified in both cities, whereas, among “bulk” oil samples, 41% in Yaoundé, but only 10% in Douala, were fortified.
