Bortezomib was felt to be safe and the authors suggested addition of bortezomib in patients with high antibody titers (≥ 1:51,200) at or beyond 6 months on enzyme replacement therapy and/or when an increasing trend or persistence of antibody titers is associated with clinical decline.
