Quantification revealed that this difference in the conduction of dorsal column fibres was highly significant (graph in Fig. 8 G; ** P < 0.01, # P < 0.05, one-way ANOVA, Tukey’s post hoc ), with the conNrg1 group having a mean conduction of only 5.05% ± 1.03 and all other groups having conduction of ∼25% (conNrg1 tamoxifen control: 25.27% ±3.42; IgNrg1 tamoxifen control: 23.26% ± 3.96; conIgNrg1: 23.45% ± 3.77).
