More recently[ 105 ], PCR measurement of the above gene set was evaluated in the urine of transplanted patients with acute allograft dysfunction; only 5/11 genes were highly significant at the time of rejection, and in a validation cohort, the urine common rejection module (uCRM) score for AR had an AUC of 0.961.
