At last, we also observed that the proliferation and activation of CD4 + T cells by JKAP upregulation in IBD patients presented almost like that in HCs, which might result from that JKAP overexpression might greatly suppress the proliferation and activation of CD4 + T cells independently through multiple signaling pathways such as MAPK, TCR, and IL-6/STAT3, and its influence was extremely significant on CD4 + T cells, which needed to be further verified with larger samples and deeper experiments.
