CONCLUSION Although there is an increasing trend towards endovascular treatment of majority of cerebral aneurysms by the hybrid cerebrovascular neurosurgeon, this study demonstrates that a significant number of MCA and ACA aneurysms are still selected for microsurgical clipping by the CVNV neurosurgeon.
