Figure 1B shows that the survival of tumor cells with combined treatment decreased in 24 h; with the treatment prolonged to 48 h, even 72 h, the survival continued to decrease with a mild trend ( Figure 1B ; * P <0.05), indicating that the anti-tumor effects of combined treatment were superior to that of single drug, and the inhibition to cancer cells was also time-dependent.
