Here, the residual current for Kv4.3L-KCNE4L but not Kv4.3S-KCNE4L was decreased by PMA, although this effect did not quite reach statistical significance because the low current densities increased relative pulse-to-pulse variability ( P = 0.11; Supplementary Figure 3A ).
