GATA-, basic-leucine zipper, and myb-like transcription factors along with transcription activators of gluconeogenesis were down-regulated while, among others, nfx1-type zinc finger-containing proteins, the transcriptional regulator cudA , isoforms of the general transcriptional corepressor tupA , and isoforms of the transcription factor Dp-1 were up-regulated in a highly significant manner (Fig. 5 ).
