There was a significant association between eGFR and FMD in the unadjusted model [ b = 0.87% (0.11, 1.64%), P = 0.026; Figure 1 C] and a trend toward significance in the model adjusted for ASCVD risk factors [ b = 0.69% (−0.09, 1.47%), P =0.08], with a lower eGFR of 15 mL/min/1.73 m 2 corresponding to lower FMD of 0.9% and 0.7%, respectively (Table 2 ).
