In the 53 observations where the IgG Index is ≤ 1.14, there is a highly significant positive correlation between number of OCBs and the IgG Index ( r = 0.39, slope = 11.45, se = 3.74, p = 0.002); however, in the 16 observations where the IgG Index is greater than 1.14 but less than 1.9, the slope decreases, but not significantly so ( r = -0.14, slope = -6.09, se = 11.68, p = 0.68) ( Fig 2C ).
