In our experiments, the occurrence of co-transcriptional binding is demonstrated by the observation that Set1 binds to intronic regions and is also strongly suggested by the highly significant correlation with Set1 and RNAPII occupancy (as determined by ChIP and CRAC, respectively) for most features.
