First, the SDECusp results indicate that the asymmetry variable x 1 (HIV knowledge, a = 0.1760, p < 0.01) and the bifurcation variable x 2 (perceived condom efficacy, b = 0.2147, p < 0.01) were highly significant in predicting the outcome variable y (condom use self-efficacy), as observed from the linear regression analysis.
