Among nonprofessional FSW, “students”, “civil servants” and “housewives” were less often infected (6.10%, 9.83% and 13.00%, respectively), whereas “sellers” showed very high HIV prevalence (31.91%).This large difference in HIV infection between categories was confirmed by highly significant Chi- 2 test for trend (P<0.001).
