We updated the manuscript in order to add some consent process issues, for example "failure to provide copies of the document to subjects", and precise that while issues regarding the consent process in clinical trials are substantial, we notice in the same time that the global trend of FDA studies shows a decreasing trend of the so called OIA, and this concerns consent as well.
