For tadpoles that died following ranavirus exposure, we found a marginally significant, positive relationship between PC‐1 and ranavirus load ( r = .48; p = .08; Figure 3 ). 4 DISCUSSION Using 15 wood frog populations, we demonstrated that differences in evolved pesticide tolerance associated with proximity to agriculture influenced susceptibility to parasites, but the patterns depended on the type of parasite.
