In order to better understand role of chronic inflammation and xanthelasma, this study also investigated relationship between serum inflammatory biomarkers and xanthelasma, which revealed an increasing trend of neutrophil and a decrease in lymphocyte with negative relationship of CRP, an acute phase protein.
