Net reclassification revealed that the model with CT-AC significantly reclassified 20% of FFR <0.82 and <0.84, and 25% of FFR ≥0.82 and ≥0.84 predicted based on the model without CT-AC (Table 4 A and B), whereas differences were not clearly significant at other FFR cut-offs.
