N-Back Tasks Behavioral Results A mixed ANOVA on n-back accuracy showed that the interaction between tACS and group was not significant ( F (6,136) = 0.62, p = 0.703, η 2 = 0.03), however, a trend towards significance emerged between the factors tACS, type, load and group ( F (6,136) = 1.93, p = 0.080, η 2 = 0.08), suggesting that the effects of tACS not only depended on electrode placement, but also on the content of the tasks and their difficulty level.
