The most frequently reported solicited general symptoms were fatigue, headache, and myalgia (51·6–72·3%; 48·4–69·2%; 64·1–76·6% of subjects, respectively); the observed rates of Grade 3 symptoms showed an increasing trend after the booster dose as compared to after the primary vaccination.
