Although the effect is highly significant for a detailed understanding of the time dependence of the low-energy spectra, a factor of 1.5 is hardly visible in the logarithmic plot of our Fig. 1 , where it just leads to a shift of the data that has the same order of magnitude as the symbol size, given the logarithmic scale of the figure.
