Among fracture sites, prostate-selective α antagonist use was most strongly associated with femur fracture (crude OR, 1.41; 95% CI, 1.27–1.57; adjusted OR, 1.22; 95% CI, 1.09–1.38), followed by skull fracture with borderline significance (Table 2 ).
