While all mice remained normoglycemic during and after the treatment period, there was a tendency toward lower mean non-fasting glycemia in the nor-NOHA-treated mice compared to the PBS controls as indicated, for example, by the blood glucose AUC data ( Figure 4B ) and the median values of non-fasting blood glucose at selected time-points with marginally significant difference ( Figure 4C ).
