The latter shows that the analysis of variance applied to experimental data of the system 1 (kerosene– Span80–D2EHPA); having six significant factors has a value less than 0.05; four of them are highly significant and take a value less than or equal to 0.001 which are stirring speed, D2EHPA concentration, Span80 concentration and sulfuric acid concentration; this indicates that the latter have a great influence on the stability of the W/O/W emulsions.
