The difference in D 50 dose (dose to the 50% volume of the parotid glands) was 30% and 35% on the left ( P < 0.0001) and right side ( P < 0.01), respectively (average of difference from CT 1 to CT 2 and from CT 1 to CT 3) stating that this difference was also statistically highly significant.
