Therefore, we assayed ERK1/2 activation and found that the level of p-ERK1/2 in granulosa cells was sharply reduced by 100 μg/mL fullerenol treatment for 0 min to 2 h, and an extremely significant difference was observed at the 5 and 10 min time points compared with control.
