Among the symptoms of allergic disease, atopic dermatitis was significantly higher in the industrial area (OR, 1.10; 95% CI, 1.01 to 1.20) and the risk of allergic rhinitis was approximately 5% higher, with marginal significance, than in the control area (OR, 1.05; 95% CI, 0.99 to 1.12) ( Table 2 ).
