Mixed model analysis of core temperature data averaged over the first 90 min of administration indicated highly significant effects of session and the concentration by session interaction (p<0.0001), but the main effect of concentration was non-significant (p = 0.20), consistent with the core temperature sign-reversals from hypothermia to hyperthermia in the three highest concentration groups (particularly evident in Fig 2 ).
