A comparison between the mean initial Pirani score and mean Pirani score at the last follow up shows that the Ponseti method was effective in treating the deformity in all the age groups of our study, as the p -value remains statistically significant in all age groups, although highly significant in the lower age group of <4 months (<0.0001) when compared with the higher age group >4–8 months (<0.005) and >8–12 months (<0.05).
