Similarly, there was a nonsignificant trend toward a reduction in the percentage of patients with AIS who were treated with alteplase outside of the target DTN window of less than 60 minutes from ER arrival (67.3% of patients receiving alteplase greater than 60 minutes after ED presentation with symptoms of AIS at baseline vs. 22.2% of patients at 6 months; Figure 3B ).
